Working meeting "Validation" - November 13rd, 2013

GDR Mascot-Num is organizing a day of discussion on Model validation.

It will take place on:

November 13rd, 2013, Amphithéâtre Hermite, Institut Henri Poincaré, Paris.

Presentation of the workshop

New buzz words appeared recently around the engineering activities in modelling and simulation : uncertainty quantification and management, virtual testing, numerical quality management, … These activities deal with different technical aspects : statistical calibration, meshing refinement, parametric uncertainty propagation, variable selection, inverse methods, engineering process management, code verification… The goal of this workshop is to give an overview of the engineering practices and scientific activities around this subject.
